The comfort of your limitations

So, we spent meditation bringing love and awareness to the places we have had a push and pull with. The places where it was more comfortable to be or do something than it was to change it, even if you didn't agree with it.

Uranus provides a clear path. and the energy of Uranus came into the room to support us in showing us where we got too comfortable with stagnation. I will tell you, there comes a time when stagnation becomes unbearable. Uranus is your best friend in that instance.

We worked in the brain and body to tap the infinite wellspring of internal wisdom that we so often ignore or don't trust. We worked in the solar plexus to increase our confidence, and brought the energy of Mars in to bring clarity and decisiveness to be able to trust and act on this wisdom.

Wednesday Evening Gathering

This week we have two or three spots open. We would love to be in community with you. Beverages, sound alchemy and a room full of people who support each other with presence. It is wonderful and one of my favorite hours of the week.

The private sessions are where we do much more pointed work for your specific issues. Astrologically this is a great time to get the work done. There are 5 planets in retrograde, which is self reflection, and Uranus is in the sign of Gemini, which is mutable air. This gives Uranus, the change maker, extra change making energy. This is also the kind of time where change is just going to happen and I would love to support you to handle the change. Because, even if you want change, it is often difficult to process.
