Forgetting and Remembering

1 min read

We started Monday Meditation releasing the scattered feeling most of us started the day off with. We released from the bones.

We were encouraged to forget the self imposed limitations, the societal structures that encouraged us to be small and limited. We brought coherence to the places we felt internally conflicted.

We breathed through the bones with the conflicted things, the places where our ancestors limited us with outdated religious ideology and fear, then brought remembrance to the places in the bones where there is wisdom.

We remembered the ways of the future, being that we were born with what we need to know, can we remember what we need to build the future we are building right now?

We were reminded that every decision you make today creates your future, every decision you make tomorrow does as well. You are constantly and consistently creating without thinking about it, How much more can you pay attention to your choices? to where your mind wanders? big and small. How much more intentionally may we create our future?

We played in the energy of the future, we thought about who we would be, what we wanted to world to feel like and brought it back into the now. That was a wonderful exercise.
