  • If you feel like traditional therapy didn’t take you far enough or if you feel called to it, if it sounds more interesting to you, if the idea of it feels lighter in your body, then this is for you.

What can I expect during my first session with you?

  • ​A compassionate listener, presence, non jugement, safety

How do you use Brainspotting and energy healing in your sessions?

  • We talk about what is bothering you and decide if a traditional brainspotting session is appropriate or if you get on the table for an adapted brainspotting session. Traditional therapists recommend somatic therapy or energy healing after a session. You get both with me in the same session.

Can you explain what nervous system regulation is and how it benefits clients?

  • You will learn the physical component to your stress and learn how to treat your body physically as well as emotionally to stabilize yourself with more ease

What kind of payment options do you accept?

  • Cash, card, Venmo, Cashapp, PayPal

Can your methods help with chronic health conditions, and how?

  • Yes, it takes a little longer, but We can address the emotional or energetic issues behind your chronic illness, I can help with diet recommendations to reduce inflammation. We can use brainspotting to talk to your body and work with doctors to support you better than working alone

What is the difference between traditional therapy and the holistic healing you offer?

  • Adding the energy healing, breathwork and sound healing creates a more complete experience

​How do you help clients make lasting changes in their health and well-being?

  • Brainspotting creates new neural pathways which give you a different experience of life and help you make different choices with more ease

Do you provide support for individuals dealing with specific mental health diagnoses?

  • Depending on the specific mental health issue. Please contact me and we will discuss if we are a good fit.

How often should I schedule sessions for the best results?

  • I recommend sessions closer together in the beginning, weekly usually depending on your individual needs, then spacing them farther apart as you move through the process

What type of homework or exercises do you provide between sessions?

  • Depending on your circumstances, journaling, breathing exercises, movement or dancing, meditation, or just noticing
