Grounding, Balance and Resiliency

Everything we have been doing this autumn in gatherings has been ultimately about cultivating resiliency.


We started Monday Meditation by vertically grounding deep Into the center of earth and up to our higher self. Making a cross, we balanced horizontally, the left and right hemisphere of the brain, our masculine and feminine, our humanity and our divinity.


Through this we were reminded of the practices from this fall season which strengthen our resiliency.


Our work with oxytocin being the physical element to embody self love. I can't impress upon you enough, if you haven't experienced it, the power in this practice. We are calming the nervous system almost as well as when we hug another person. This practice gets people in their bodies faster than anything I have tried.


The fullness of the definition and embodiment of humility as the honesty that leads to the vulnerability, that leads you to your greatest strength and your deepest capacity to love. We ended with the idea that even though the astrology and energy reports speak of chaos, that you don't have to go looking for it if you aren't experiencing it. Enjoy your time . And if you do experience chaos, using these tools brings us back to us, in all our resiliency. Know that it is here to ultimately create something new and more beneficial for you.


Wednesday Evening Gathering


This time of year is created for going inward. Since the time change it will probably be dark even when we get started which creates such a beautiful atmosphere for cacao, community, and connection to self as well as the community.


The singing bowls never disappoint. Alone they do wonderful things to support being in your body, reducing pain and anxiety, improving sleep quality and clearing your mind. With a group, all that is even more meaningful.


We do this every week from 6:15-7:45


We are having the most wonderful, eye and heart opening conversations. I love these sessions so much.
