A body no longer arguing with itself

I got 4 or 5 new sprays from the fern medicine guy, Pohala, that smell amazing. We started gathering Monday with each participant choosing the spray most appropriate for them.
Then, once I started playing bowls I was led to play each bowl by itself to allow one individual frequency to penetrate deeply into each of us. Each bowl wanted to be known by one word. Protection, alignment, balance, guidance, and heart.
The word that echoed most through the meditation was singular, sungularity.
I thought singular was referring to the individual needs of the group with the sprays and the individual bowl sounds and words, but as I sat down to write I was inspired to do a deep dive on the words singular and singularity. I was shown countless wonderful ways to look at those words. Almost all of them conveying cohesion or unification.
Can we come into such resonance that...
"all the scattered pieces organize into one coherent field",
"A body no longer argues wth itself"
"alignment around one organizing frequency"
This is the work I do, and I love that we do this every week as a group, organize into one coherent field.
