Commitment, Refinement, Beloved

I often say that I feel like New Year doesn't start until around the 12th. Monday was the 12th and it was the first week we had most of our regular group together. It ws also the first week we had what felt like a powerful session. It finally feels like the new year opened!
We went into meditation somewhat silently for a moment when a question dropped in out of thin air.
What are you committed to this year? It could be your personal growth and evolution, a project, your work, your health, a partnership or something else.
We started moving energy through the body and we worked in the throat a good bit. The throat is the connection between the mind and the body.
I started to talk about communication and how it is as much, if not more about fully listening, not just with our ears, but noticing the layers of information. Not with our mind necessarily either.
This is the nuance of being fully present.
If you are confused ask yourself, What is going on that I am not seeing, sensing or experiencing?
How much more can I hear, sense or experience? How much more can I articulate with my words? How much more articulate may I become with my energy?
Then came the word refine, with the message that this year is about refining your skills. Matery! Refine almost all of your skills, including skills of communication and refining how we take action.
Can you refine your routines? Make more space, create more ease.
How may we take action with more ease? Be curious
The last word that dropped in and surprised me was Beloved. Treat your body as you would your beloved, talk to it like your beloved. Please be kind to yourself and others. We are living in an intense world right now. Kindness is what we need.
Knowing you are the beloved helps you refine everything.

We always start with a warm beverage and conversation. The bowls guide us into deep meditation so we may receive what we need, whatever that might be. It is truly one of my favorite hours of the week. It is about 75 minutes and sometimes goes to 90 miutes.
Private sessions
This is where we get the work done, the work that is most personal to you. We unravel in the brain and body what has been making you unclear, confused, or blocked. We tap into your wisdom and strength, we find the real you.
Step by step, sometimes leaps and bounds. Every session builds on what you need most.
Reply to this email to book. I work with clients Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
I look forward to supporting you
Much love and New Year blessings
