A vortex of magnetic energy

We started Monday meditation balancing our energy vertically up from the earth up to the grand central sun and then balancing horizontally. This representing balance between our divinity and humanity, the masculine and feminine as well as our endocrine system.

We spent a good bit of time in the body releasing anxiety, and getting grounded in the new energy surrounding the planet.

We brought love to our broken hearts and we sat with the idea that life can be joyous. It is safe to feel the goodness around us. We tapped into the willingness to live fully, even if things haven't worked well in the past. We know the energy moving forward is new. We are becoming new.

We worked in the nervous system to expand and relax to receive more goodness and stand firm as we watch chaos.

We connected to contentment in the unknown.

I began to see and feel a vortex of energy starting in the solar plexus and moving up and out into the universe. It felt like an antenna that made each of us more magnetic to attract what we need to bring our creations to life.

As I moved through my day I talked to someone about the fact, if we all tended our own little garden well, the whole world will be a more beautiful place. Thank you Christina for that analogy. Wednesday Gathering

I am working deeply with the elements lately to help me use energy even more effectively. The overarching themes are changing from earth and water influences to fire and air for the next few years.

The air feels different as I connect to it. I am starting to feel the internal burn of fire energy as it increases. Fire can destroy, I also know fire to be a creative energy. It can also transform through clarification. Fire is a miraculous energy and the more I drop into it, the more I like it. Even if it can and will be uncomfortable sometimes.

We use the alchemy sound bowls every week, and scents that support us. We drink tea or cacao to open our heart and soften our nervous system. We have wonderful people showing up that are on the evolutionary path, who are supportive and loving and know how to hold space.

Private sessions

Private sessions are most impactful. I use a combination of Brainspotting, traditional therapy and energy healing through a somatic response in the body. That means you FEEL the transformation taking place. It is undeniable.
