Perspective. Being able to hold more than one perspective creates energy

I started Monday morning listening to an interview about how being able to hold more than one perspective creates energy.
In the conversation before class Kathryn was talking about how over the weekend she noticed what things looked like from different perspectives.
Then I knew opening up to more perspectives is what we would meditate on.
We spent time balancing our mind, then our heart and we brought them together and took them to the root. We noticed then, the brilliance of our bodies as the energy from the grand central sun moved through us down into the core of the earth.
We did some brainspotting around being able to allow heaven and earth meet differently in our body to give us a more broad perspective on our experience, on our thoughts, on our reality.
We brought in safety and the contentment the creates growth without urgency.
We came back to the sun within, asking for ease in opening of our perspectives, the ferns came in to support the opening. Finally we grounded in the body again and had a wonderful conversation afterwards.
As I was writing the synopsys of today's meditation I kept writing different things than what I said in class. It felt automatic, like when I talk in class. I wanted to share that here, becuase it might be valuable to someone.
We opened our mind, heart and root to the idea that there are a myriad of perspectives and as we could see the roles we play and our experiences from the largeness of ourselves as well as the smallness of ourselves, that itself creates the freedom to choose whether you would look at things large or small, or any state in between.
What if when we extend up to the grand central sun and down into the earth with the majority of us focussed here in our body on earth, we could use that channel of energy to move up the line to look down on earth and yourself from that perspective?
I just did this an an exercise and felt into the gift that I wasn't being grateful for. I saw my situation from a larger perspective. I could see it so very clearly and it took about one second to see it and hear for myself what kind of things I would normally hear for you!
What are you choosing?
How are you choosing to feel?
Disclaimer: Sometimes we don't have a choice in how we feel. Grief is a journey you can't control. Large chemical imbalances will keep us in a state unable to choose. I am sure there are many other instances, but for most of us, whose needs are met, have far more choice in how we feel about our experience than we want to acknowledge.

Private work
I can't tell you just how powerful this new work can be. I love that we are supporting the physical body even more, and I love how much more grounded the energy is.
People going through the hardest things life could throw at them are walking away remembering who they are. They are finding themselves in their body, they are feeling more spacious, taller, stronger, more flexible and happy, even when things aren't perfect.
Several people, I have noticed, are having years of therapy culminate into actionable things all at once. Finally we are creating the nervous system freedom to actually put into action everything we have been talking about.
We are calibrating the physical body, the lower mental and the upper mental bodies. I am seeing them with more clarity than ever, and having the creative capacity to help bring in the energy that organizes. It is wonderful.
I want everyone who could benefit from this to experience this. Please reach out via email or text to book a session.
So much love to you on this gorgeous spring day
Sheri
