Curiosity and Wonder

Here we are in eclipse season again. I keep hearing the buzz in the astrology world about how tough March is energetically with two personal planets retrograde at the same time during the eclipse window. That would have a tendency to create chaos for some people. It could also bring the wonderful things that change your life for the better.

If you are like me though, you might want a shortcut through the chaos.

In meditation we brought in the energy of curiosity.

When surprising things happen think "I wonder how THIS is going to work out?" or " Dang, I did not see that coming! I wonder, since I am freaking out, if maybe I am not seeing the bigger picture?"

I wonder how much more creative I can be with my life?

I wonder If I can tap into my desires more?

Is there a desire I have not let myself have?

Are you willing to release anything weighing you down?

To end the class I had the image of the wood snake (Chinese year symbol for 2025) to remind us to stay grounded in our transformation. Stay close to the earth, whatever happens. It softens your nervous system, and your intuition remains more clear.

One on One Support

I have been seeing a few more people lately who need help integrating some of their bigger spiritual experiences. When you have a lot of awareness at once, it can stress the nervous system.
