It has been a soft landing back in B'ham. Grateful for the love and support since I have been home.
Monday Meditation was a homecoming. It was a combination of the feeling that I never left and such a long time away all at the same time.
I look forward to Wednesday evening with the rest of the regular crew. We are full for Wednesday already.

This morning the theme was instead of clearing, cleansing and releasing, instead of feeling shame, how can we use those emotions and energies that we don’t like?
The energies of anger and things like predatory energy. Nothing is wrong.
I found I could use the predatory energy that was left in me as a child to my advantage and to the advantage of the girls at the school I was attending while in Bali.
Specifically the prey inside my body was all the protective mechanisms that don’t keep me safe any longer. That kept me distant from love in my personal life.
This practice made me more powerful out in public. It gives me greater awareness of my field. And it makes my field more threatening to the people who would want me to be afraid.
What parts and pieces of you have you tried to kick out, ignore, cleanse or clear thinking they were bad or wrong?
How can anger or whatever you harbor fuel you in a good way?
Are you making yourself “bad” for being human? All humans of a certain age have lived through heartache, abuse, been betrayed, abandoned, stolen from or some other horrible thing. And how can we become more aware and open in spite of it? How can we be more discerning?
How do we choose love and kindness, even if life hasn’t been all wonderful?
Breath into your ribcage and the space between your ribs to open or find what has been hiding and what has been trying to keep you safe, that just isn’t keeping you safe any longer. It is keeping you stuck. What have you outgrown that you haven’t realized?
We spent some time undressing your directness, your power, clarity, your capacity to be calm in chaos.
“Love beyond measure” echoed in my head while we undressed all this wisdom and the idea of living life in this way. In such purity, strength and clarity.
Being unbound creates love and freedom. Can you feel it?

You do not need to travel to live a life that is full and rich and wonderful. It feels so interesting to be back here in this town with a different life than I left, and it is wonderful.
With all my love and support along with my deepest wish that you live your life to the absolute fullest.
Sheri
