Meditate on balance, 2 Wednesday gatherings canceled, food relationship classes to start in June

I am going to start with some announcements first.

I am canceling Wednesday evening gatherings for the next two weeks. I am thinking about doing them outdoors or in a different location. I will keep you posted.


I am going to offer the food relationship classes again. I am going to expand on them offering a little nervous system work as well as more foundational work. I am excited about how they are taking shape. I feel like they will be 4 weeks, online, and even more supportive than the last series.


Monday morning we meditated on Balance


All the different ways we can balance. Between creativity and linearity, our personal masculine and feminine, body and spirit, and we spent time in physical balance of the endocrine system


I sprayed my quantum spray that is full of minerals and metals. As that landed on their skin we asked the minerals to fortify our energy body and our physical body


We tapped into source energy, brought that down into our body, and balanced that. We worked with the energy of green, the million shades of green we see in spring and summer. All the colors of leaves, grasses. Light and shadow on foliage, variations of colors and textures of moss.


The vitality and aliveness of the color of green was what was being brought in. It was an extraordinary hour and I am please this is becoming a more popular class with an amazing group of regulars. We still have room for you if you are available at 10am Mondays for sound alchemy and time to cultivate a deeper relationship with you


Private sessions


Summer tends to be a time of relaxation, play, an easier schedule at the same time as a busier schedule if you have kids at home.


Seasonally summer it is time to grow and get things done, so if there is anything you have been working with in yourself that feels stagnant or conflicted, this is a great time to work through it and grow into the best version of you. I LOVE the work I am doing in the nervous system. It takes the work of brainspotting even deeper into relationships of all kinds. It is hard to put into words what it is doing with clients, but to interact with the nervous system in a deeper way, we can take ourselves out into the world, handle conflict and conversations with more calm and ease


We can't adjust how people respond to hard conversations, however, when we hold ourselves with confidence, we can alter how we respond to bad behavior, chaos or confusion from their end. This has the capacity to change the whole conversation. We know when to walk away and we know when to sit still and wait for the chaos to pass.
