Longevity, Flow and Gratitude

We had a very small group for this week on Monday. They did not want to talk about New Year. They wanted a simple channeled meditation for the day and their particular experience. However, I feel like the myriad of themes that came through were supportive of the new year and every day.

We will talk on Wednesday evening and/or next Monday about the new year, our word for the new year and creating the momentum required to move through this winter and this year with more ease.

We started Monday with the most interesting word, Longevity. We want both kinds of longevity, physical and spiritual.

Longevity wanted to blanket your weariness, your trepidation, sorrow and doubt, giving you the momentum to continue on with strength and clarity.

Gratitude came in big to remind you that you can use it to enrich your life.

Flow was a big theme for the day (and in my personal life) running rivers, gentle winds. Be helpful and allow yourself to be helped. Be supportive and allow yourself to be supported.

Let go of how you want things to be, the things are the way they are sometimes, and how do we be in flow with what is? Even if we want something different, being in acceptance and flow helps you see the opportunities to create the new. Being in resistance to what is clouds your vision and ruins your motivation. Allow yourself to drop into the flow with gratitude for what IS working in your life.

The next question is not to be answered with the mind, but creates an opening. This might be something we work on this winter.

How do we affect our environament instead of being affected by it? How can you hold your power and your strength in such a way that you aren't bumping up hard against things. Instead, you are flowing around or over, with the things, supporting others and being supported through the currents of life.

Wednesday Evening Gathering

We have a few people registered already, but plenty of space for our first week back in the New Year. Click here if you want to join us.

We will gather and talk about the themes for the new year. For me, it doesn't feel like the New Year starts until around the 12th. It takes that long for me to feel the momentum and rise out of the depth of myself after solstice and the overwhelming activity of Christmas. However, I like to use my time to think, to energetically prep, and really sink into how the new year feels and what wants to be created through me.

Two of our personal planets, Venus and Mars, are in Caprcorn with the sun right now, so there is a lot of personal, energetic momentum. We will talk about what all this could mean.

Click here if you would like to join us to share in a warm beverage, converstaion, community, support and the sounds of the bowls that create peace within.

Private work

Do you have a growth mindset? Do you have a desire to be more aware of yourself, more aware of your surroundings and how to navigate the world in a conscious way? Do you want to make your choices from the depth of yourself and trust? Not living a life of 'supposed to', but a life of "Yes, that feels right, that feels like life and living full!"

I can help with that.

Reply to this email if you want to talk about it or book a session. I would love to be of support.

Much love and Happy New Year!

Sheri
