For those of you who don’t know, I left town for a medical/ health retreat. I will be sharing more after next week when I get reports from my doctor
What I will tell you is I learned even more than what I knew before. Life and Joy have returned to my body and my mind is more clear
I healed my body along side some beautiful humans healing theirs, and I could not be more grateful for my experience, Angel Farms and for Hawaii, specifically the big island
I have missed you all much and have looked forward to being with you again. I can’t wait to see what comes through with a far more clear vessel for the energy to move through

I HAVE BEEN INSPIRED TO CREATE CLASSES AND A DIGITAL PACKAGE
I really can’t wait to share some of the things I have learned. We walked all the way through the body spending time learning about each organ and eating for that organ or system daily for 10 days while I was on retreat
To heal any one organ or system most effectively, I cannot impress up you enough, the need for the whole body to function properly
The retreat was all working well for me, but as we got closer to the end of the program I realized that I was being so present with the way Angel Farms did things and following things exactly as they were teaching them, I gave up my daily practices. When I brought my daily practices of working with eyes, getting deep into the brain for it’s healing capacity and interacting with my body, the work sped up tremendously
I feel like there are parts of this program I can improve upon to bring them to you in a way that can catapult your health and wellness and deepen your relationship with your body and intuition to hopefully prevent a health crisis of the magnitude I have had navigate
