Embodied heaven on earth
Monday morning meditation started off with big energy. We celebrated the sunshine, our lives, the end of cycles. We breathed life, expansion, and space into our brains. I have found it perplexing lately, that I was not expanded enough in my heart to receive the love that is available. It has been blocked or painful, but now I realize that to bring heaven to earth, we must expand more. There is more love available than there ever has been in my lifetime. I saw the edge of the universe “tear” to allow the frequency and light that is heaven to stream through space and enter our bodies. We talked about the different between holding on to love and allowing it to flow through us. There is always more, so there is no need to hold on out of fear, but we can allow it to live in the body, and that is where we ask our bodies to hold on. We were asked to remember this frequency of heaven, that this is where we came from. It IS familiar. We managed to get 2-4 cells in our body to hold it, so that we might start to carry this frequency with us out into the world, not just in meditation.
