IN SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER, 2025, Sheri will be out of town, and Jane Mayer (iamjanemayer.com) will cover her classes. To register for weekly class, simply Venmo @janeislistening or email jane@iamjanemayer.com to reserve your spot and bring cash. Essential Sound Play Wednesday is a longer class including tea, cacao or herbal tea and energy medicine to relax the nervous system, open the mind to drop you into meditation easier and help you feel safe to be your true self in community. Nobody is forced to speak, but everyone is encouraged to be open about how they feel and life in general, which gets the most our of the meditation and helps you feel not so alone in the world. 90 minute class. We will take time in each class to introduce ourselves and have conversation. Everyone is welcome!
