This week, what feels like stagnancy could be the space in between what has been and what Is becoming. Some of us in group Monday could see where we were having starts and stops in our projects or relationship issues where we didn't know how to move forward with things or even if we wanted to.
As we went into meditation we tapped into the wisdom of our bones, our heart, and the deepest part of our brain that was unaffected by trauma.
We aligned our chakras from top to bottom, and as we talked afterward, most of us recognized that we had been feeling chaotic, now we felt balanced.
Chaos is what is needed to create a new order. As we aligned ourselves, we were able to release the heaviness of this stagnation from the back of our body and tap into how we could support our physical body to move through this in between place.
We breathed in space, invited that space to move between our cells and molecules making room for the new in us, so we can see it In the physical. We were asked to connect to how much we have grown and evolved, knowing that is why we were having endings in our lives, to make space for the new. The new is what we have been preparing for, what we are still preparing for.
What are you doing to prepare for what you are creating/ asking for?
Private sessions
Could you be happier?
Did you know that your thoughts do, to some degree, affect how you experience your level of happiness on a day to day basis? Â outside of everything out of your control, of course.
Did you know you could reprogram those thoughts to something true rather than sticky and limiting?
Even if you are going through hard things out of your control, happiness, order or acceptance can be available. We, as humans, actually are capable of holding many things.
If you need support while you go through hard things, or the confusing in between spaces or in finding your joy again, please reach out. I would love to support your wellness journey.
