Monday's meditation was wonderful. As we continued the practice of self soothing our nervous system and embracing humility, which at its most simple definition is honesty, we sunk into ourselves, nurtured our body with energy. We experienced deep rest AND brought vitality into our fascia.
We talked about how we can embody opposites. Like at a funeral, you can be super sad and also enjoy yourself, laugh and experience true joy. May we, in these uncertain and changing times, be able to be aware of what is going on around us and also not be consumed by it. May we keep coming back to our center.
May we bring curiosity to where we KNOW something to be tragic. May we find our strength as we find our center. May we love ourselves more.

Corporate Wellness
I had the opportunity to work with a small gathering of people from an environmental division of UAB to help them manage stress and in turn become more productive and creative.
It went over very well. I love to introduce the healing that sound bowls and meditation have to offer, much less my Nourish program, that easily converts to a program called Thrive.

Wednesday Evening Gathering
This week I am feeling Blue Lotus tea. It is SO great for the nervous system, promotes dreaming and deep meditation. It is antispasmodic and anti inflammatory. Deeply appreciated by most bodies.
This week feels truly special. I am not sure why I am saying that. Every gathering is special.
