Mastery comes from skillful will

We started Monday morning conversing about the intensity of work and family relationships, how we are getting less triggered, making better decisions and also, sometimes things are not quite automatic yet. Meaning it takes a breath or a thought to choose different reactions. However, we are making progress, and that is exciting!

As we went into meditation, we began working with the energy of skillful will instead of strong will. What a difference that makes!

The energy of skillful will dropped into our bodies and led the way for mastery.

We stimulated the production and distribution of oxytocin and we hummed together to allow it a more effortless movement through our bodies.

We released what didn't allow mastery to live in our body from our lower abdomen and took some big breaths to release from our lungs.

Then joy came in by itself first and then with love to make it more sustainable, then chaos came In, as this is the trajectory of the imminent future (chaos). We allowed joy, love and chaos to coexist. Since destruction is required to create, we fostered compassionate joy at the same time as chaos. Never at inappropriate times, but humor, is also allowed and encouraged in these intense times.

So much tension released as we welcomed joy, love, humor and chaos together. This allowed all the oxytocin, love, joy, and peace to move down through our legs so we may stay more grounded and centered as we use skillful will to master the things that have been our life's work. Relationship to all things.

Wednesday evening gathering

Join us this week as we continue the work of turning skillful will to mastery.

We will be working with oxytocin as well as any other hormones or chemicals the body naturally produces to help us feel more physically connected to our spirit and more alive In our bodies.

We will share a beverage, have some conversation and lie down to listen to the bowls that bring resonance to the mind and body.

As I was preparing for an upcoming presentation I was reminded just how healthy the sound bowls are for our mind, body and nervous system, so if you need to settle any of that, please consider joining us or booking a private sound bowl experience.

Nourish

Starts this Thursday. I can't wait to be with the small group that has formed to be together in the rewiring of our brains for health, wellness and vitality. Rewiring to get deeper in touch with how to nourish ourselves with food and energy.

We have space for a few more people. If you are worried about Thanksgiving being right there close to the end of the program, know that is a good design, even if it feels tight for time. It gives us space to address some of the deepest food issues you have in real time.

I love the message from Monday meditation about skillful will as opposed to strong will. It works in this program, learning to be skillful with your will adds an element of strength that isn't bullish or forceful, it feels graceful and flexible. And we can all get farther in life and with ourselves with more grace and flexibility.
