How to find your biggest road blocks

On Monday morning, in the sound experience that we call a gathering or a meditation class, we tackle hard topics in a light way. Same thing as in private sessions. My work tends to lean to light hearted, still reverent and respectful, but the goal is to lift the heaviness of life from your mind and body and the energy field around you.


We started by talking a few minutes as we always do. Then once we went into meditation, the message that came was about how to dissolve our blocks, and I received a new take on what/ how to work with them to give us more mental clarity and more energetic momentum to move forward.


Your block is the thing you can't see past. Or the thing you always do automatically that you don't even realize you do, or you don't realize it until it is too late.


We often think that thing happened to you, the thing you talk about or maybe refuse to talk about, that thing in your childhood or your past that hurt you is your block. That isn't your block.


Your block is the pattern you created to get around feeling that, or the response that was encoded into your psyche that kept you safe from that. That pattern or response, that was what we brought love and attention to Monday. That is what we made the intention to notice and transform in the weeks to come.


What a meditation! We all left feeling lighter and more vibrant than how we came in. It is difficult to express how and why just talking about and breathing through these things makes such a difference in how we feel.

New things coming forward from me


I am pleased to announce that behind the scenes, I and a few partners, have been working on a new look for the website and a slightly new message to be shared with the world


If you have been Interacting with me for the last year, you already know I am carrying a healthier mindset, I am living in a healthier body and I feel more vibrant than ever. Yesterday I looked back at some photos from 2018 and realized that now, 6 years later, I look and feel more youthful and have more vitality than I did back then.


I truly want to share that with you. I know the work that I had been doing before 2023 was part of how and why all the physical things I did for my health last year worked as well and as quickly as they did.


I am putting it all together into a program that helps you get excited about life, feel good in your body and bring you more joy.


Honestly with my mom's health and my son about to go into his senior year of high school as an athlete, I can't put together a group program for a month or so, but I am looking for 3-6 people who would love to get started doing some private work around rediscovering your wellness and vitality in a safe, easy way.


So many programs want you to change everything all at once, work out hard, dramatically change your diet without doing any work with your brain, its patterns, or your nervous system and expect you to create long term success.


That is not what I am doing.


What I found with a nervous system that had experienced trauma and the programming in my brain around comfort and food, there was no way I was ever going to be able to permanently change my way of being and stick to any rigorous plan that someone created for me.


What I needed, and maybe what you need, is to be met with curiosity about your patterns, an understanding of your nervous system, and then help you begin to create the new neural pathways that support health, healing, vitality and joy In the creation of the life and body that feels resilient, that wants to be active and that feels good to be In.
