Compassionate communication Wednesday evening meditation

I apologize for missing last week. My mom had a stroke July 5 so I was out of town on Monday. On Tuesday when this email usually goes out, I had no words to share. We are compassionately and productively working through the process of getting her into rehab and all the next steps that follow.

Monday Morning's meditation was a good one following my week.

We spent some time grounding into the earth and we opened to our high self.

We put our attention to the throat chakra to be more open to compassionate communication. We let go of the words we held on to that we had never spoken and we let go of the words we did speak and wished we could take back.

We breathed into the top of the spine to allow the breath, the light and the energy to flow through our brain and the bones of our head - to recognize generational fears that have silently been running your life by making decisions too quick or too slow, Immobilizing you completely sometimes, or/and unable to see the big picture.

We brought love to all that, releasing what we could. Then allowing fear to become an energy that gets our attention, but that does not rule us. We can take a breathe, assess our nervous system state and begin to change It If necessary.

It is this awareness practice, through group and private sessions, we become able to gradually pull ourselves out of those states to take thoughtful and productive actions.

We ended meditation breathing strength and compassion into our heart, taking that energy down through the body, out the tail bone, grounding us down into the earth again.

Wednesday evening meditation

This is our week. We are only meeting every other week this summer. I hope you are enjoying the season of fun and freedom, and that It actually feels like that!

I have been enjoying nettles lately for their mineral and chlorophyll content, which are so good for the body's ability to stay healthy, physically and grounded mentally and emotionally. I have been Infusing them with mint and I think I will add some lemon and honey for a refreshingly delicious elixir to enjoy with our conversation.

“If the brain is the radio’s receiver, then the heart is the dial tuning the radio to the frequency of your choice.” Nasseim Haramein

We will use the sound and frequency of the alchemy bowls to tune your heart to the frequency of your choice.

Summer is a time of growth, let's play with the energy of creation and expansion.

Private sessions

This is where we do the magic!

We get laser focussed on you, what your goals are, and how to get you there.

Creating new neural pathways is easier with help. It takes months of dedication to change the longest standing patterns you have.

With BrainSpotting we make devotion to ourself easier, we shorten the curve.

With Nervous system awareness and flexibility we can put ourself into a productive or playful state from fight or flight. We make rising up from freeze and fawn, or unfreezing from completely immobilized faster and more ease filled. It is so interesting just knowing the anatomy of the nervous system, and getting in touch with how you already work with it best, helps to create more intention and flexibility with it.

Click here to book a private session. Reply to the email to ask any questions, if you need another time not offered on the schedule or if you need to use the sliding scale.

I look forward to helping you create vitality in your body and more life to your living

Much love

Sheri
