Essential Sound Play (Monday)

Service Description

'Essential Sound Play Monday' focuses on the energy of the moment and what the participants need (that's you). We start with a few minutes of conversation to find out what everyone is going through, if you wish to share, and what energetic/astrological/earth theme I am working with at that time. Then we lie down or sit comfortably using mats, blankets and bolsters provided by myself or by you. I will guide you to breathe into different areas of your body. I will bring in messages from the earth and the cosmos as are appropriate. I am working with all of our higher selves. It is purely inspired in the moment. It is usually fun as well. Most people feel lighter, more connected to themselves, more motivated, relaxed and/or more balanced.
