Service Description

Strengthen your relationship with food to support health, vitality and longevity. Although I promote natural, whole, unprocessed foods, this class is not designed to tell you what to eat. This class is also not about the perfect weight or how you look, although you will look better when you are eating to support your body and the functions of it. Empower yourself around food and shift your cravings. Did you know that cravings start in the mind? Did you know that you can reprogram your mind to crave what will make you feel good in your body? After the first series on food that I led, I found the participants to be gravitating naturally, without force or will to healthier choices, feeling better in their body and happier over all. I have expanded the course to include more work to strengthen your new foundation, with more nervous system work to help you deal with triggers that make you eat the foods that are causing static in your mind, stagnancy, stiffness, heaviness, tightness or illness in your body I recommend showing up online for every session, but recordings will be available if you do miss a session I will create a facebook group or a whats app group (I will poll the people who join to see what is preferred) for a place to go for support between sessions. Community helps!
