Service Description

Are you ready for something different? Something effective and visceral, that leaves you with no doubt you are changed? Beyond therapy is a safe space, whether you are meeting me in person or online. We start the session similar to how you would in talk therapy. We talk about what is working in your life and what is not. That part is usually short. Then we move into the realm of mystery and curiosity and find where your body is holding resistance or trauma, and believe it or not with the most ease, we start to dissolve the physical density that has held you frozen or confused You can expect to have a visceral response. This is nothing like you have ever experienced, even if you have had energy work before. Even working with delicate things there is often laughter by the time we get to the end of the session We work at your pace, not too fast, not too slow. We don't relive the trauma, that usually isn't necessary There are pings in your brain where you are finally able to see truth or make sense, and/ or there are releases in the body that help you KNOW or FEEL more like yourself than you ever have before. You remember what it feels like to be grounded, what confidence feels like, your body usually feels lighter and you learn to make decisions with more ease, speak up, get creative with problem solving, create better relationships. We set you up to make choices that help you live a life connected to your soul Every session is different, and impactful and they build on each other At first we create awareness, we begin to embody a new energy, create structure with that, we start to take actions differently the whole time I offer 3 session packages good for the calendar year and 3 month packages. Three months is hands down the best deal and makes the most impact because it is focussed. You will have weekly support with recordings of group meditations that reinforce our work together and you will have 2 sessions a month where we month by month build a new, more stable energy structure. Feel free to book your first session, then we will determine if this package is appropriate for you.

Cancellation Policy

You will forfeit your session unless given 23 hours notice. Special circumstances permitted once.
