Self love and judgement session 3
Things are starting to lighten up this week!
Let’s talk about judgement.
What do we judge ourselves about?
Our weight, shape and our face?!
Are we good enough mothers, wives, daughters and maybe friends
Did we let ourselves go when we tried to be too much for other people?
Are we spreading ourselves too thin?
Are we living our purpose?
First sit in honesty and compassion with yourself for knowing that the expectations that society and our parents had for us were just too much.
We came here to be unique individuals. And to live the lives we came to create. Not to be what others want us to be. Let all the expectations of everyone else go and ask yourself, what do you want to do? Who do you want to be? What is really and truly important to you?
Because this is where judgement comes from – unrealistic expectations.
This subject of judgement is so huge I could not cover it in one short post and video. Judgement could be a whole program unto itself, but we are going to start the process of releasing judgement in these written words and in the video and as we put into practice all the other aspects of this series, the release of judgement will happen. Not all at once, but bit by bit and you will find yourself becoming easier and easier to be around. Feel free to watch this video as many times as you like and you can come back to this post many times over the course of the next few days, weeks or months whenever you feel you need to release a bit more self judgement.
But allow yourself to start to develop this honesty and purity within you. Start to take more time to do yoga, to dance, to draw or paint. Spend time with you in compassion and I promise you will find joy. And one day, you will even find that you start to make your decisions based on love instead of fear.
