It took quite a long time to get a connection, for us all to get in sync. When we did, it was direct and powerful!

Rather than tell you about the meditation, I would like to share a poem that I read from one of my favorite astrologers who said this poem reflected everything that this time period is calling from us
The Dakini Speaks
“My friends, let's grow up. Let's stop pretending we don't know the deal here. Or if we truly haven't noticed, let's wake up and notice. Look: Everything that can be lost, will be lost. It's simple - how could we have missed it for so long? Let's grieve our losses fully, like ripe human beings, But please, let's not be so shocked by them. Let's not act so betrayed, As though life had broken her secret promise to us. Impermanence is life's only promise to us, And she keeps it with ruthless impeccability. To a child she seems cruel, but she is only wild, And her compassion exquisitely precise: Brilliantly penetrating, luminous with truth, She strips away the unreal to show us the real. This is the true ride - let's give ourselves to it! Let's stop making deals for a safe passage: There isn't one anyway, and the cost is too high. We are not children anymore. The true human adult gives everything for what cannot be lost. Let's dance the wild dance of no hope!”

I am in training with a modality that will round out my practice. It is called BrainSpotting
Typically I work in the body and bring a mind body connection this way, and the way I have been working is truly powerful and life changing for many. However, it was sometimes hard to get at the core wounds and change behavior patterns resulting from them. The brain is powerful and when it doesn't want you to see something, it can be hard to open it by way of the body
With BrainSpotting, we open it from the eye, in a safe environment, with as much compassion as you would feel from me on any given day, we get access to the deep recesses of the mind to truly resolve the charge or trigger around creativity, productivity, fears, and wounds
It is the most fascinating training I have ever done. I am working with a few people and myself to hone this practice and look forward to bringing it to you in a few weeks
BrainSpotting was discovered by Dr David Grand, who was using EMDR with his patients and when he slowed down the movements he found glitches in the eye, which as he explored them, asked questions, and sat patiently, he found that the brain unwound, charges resolved on their own and real and true change was the result. It is neuroscience, but it feels like a miracle
I have known a few people who use this modality, I have heard absolutely life changing things from clients who have used it and I have had several people call me and ask if I use this modality because the community has heard these same things
I will be excited to bring this to you when it is time, probably next month
Wednesday evening Meditation
Saturn has moved into Pisces, this is structure moving into water. We are preparing for the end of this 3 year cycle that we have been in since March 2020 and we are moving into a new phase of life. Are you ready? to move forward with your whole heart, your whole mind and full presence in your body?
Do you feel like being grounded in the water might be challenging? or do you feel like that might be fun?
