Meditation for stress relief

You will lie on the floor supported by props or sit in a chair depending on what is most comfortable for you. We will slow down for this class. We will be using our breathe to calm our mind and connect with our body. You will learn different breathing techniques to balance your mind, your endocrine system and clear your body of anxiety. The best part about this is you will be able to take these techniques home with you to help you manage your every day stressors. There will be only very light movement when appropriate like neck and arm stretches, if applicable pulling knees into the chest. None of this is necessary to have a fulfilling meditation. If you become a regular in this class you will learn how to get your body into a healing state naturally and with relative ease.
