Class FIVE: Evolve your brain



Well, this week was very interesting.  We are learning how to get the energy to move differently in our brain to ignite parts of our brain to expand.  I can’t even put words to everything that is happening, but it is happening.  I imagine I will be able to articulate more as this week goes on and we continue to expand our brain throughout daily meditations this coming week.

Please remember to eat fats, salts and drink a lot of water before, after and during this class and throughout the next week.
