6 Week “Moving Through Change” Meditation Program
Awesome! I’m so glad that you have registered for my 6 month “Moving Through Change” Meditation Series
Our meditations will be 7-12 minutes per day with the exception of one day a week. Either Saturday or Sunday we will have a longer session. All of these can be done in the privacy of your own home and in your own time. You will also have a little bit of homework to do at your leisure, but mostly up front in the program for the best results.
I will schedule a private conversation with you before we start the program, and another about 3 months later to see where you are to find out if there are any changes that I need to make.
